| Christian Forums was started in 2001 as a "hobby" by Dr Erwin Loh, the founder and webmaster of Christian Forums.
Since then, Christian Forums has grown to become the world's largest Christian forums community website, and is one of the top 20 largest forums in the world. It now has tens of thousands of members and millions of posts from all over the world from people of all denominations and faiths.
Loh Enterprises Pty Ltd, a proprietary limited company, has been set up to manage Christian Forums since 2004. Dr Loh remains the webmaster, server administrator and software programmer for the website. He is also the main financial sponsor of the site. He runs this site in addition to having a full-time day job as a lawyer and a medical doctor.
Christian Forums is now more than just a forum - it is a virtual community with unique features that make it a special place for many Christians online.
Due to the size of the site, he is assisted by a large group of volunteers who moderate the forums and community.
The objectives of Christian Forums have not changed since it's inception. They remain:
(1) to provide a safe haven online for Christians;
(2) to bring together Christians of all denominations; and
(3) to establish a Christian presence on the Web so that non-Christians may be outreached to.
