What is Prayer?

Prayer is talking to God. It is sharing our inner heart with God and allowing God to talk to us.

A, B, C’s of Prayer:
    A - Ask God to purify your heart from any and all sin
    B - Believe that God will hear and answer your prayers
    C - Commit to obey God as you seek him in prayer

Praying Points

1. Pray to Lord of the harvest to send in more helpers who are willing to do whatever it takes to reach out to others here at Hus Church.
   Matthew 9:38
2. Pray for God to grant the leaders in Hus Church wisdom from heaven as they lead and make wise decisions that will advance the Kingdom of God and that Hus Church will reap a harvest.
   James 1:5
3. Pray that God will work in each member of Hus Church giving us the desire to obey him and the divine ability to do what pleases him.
   Phil. 2:13
4. Pray for faith and confidence while you pray and do not allow worry to interrupt your prayers.
   Phil. 4:6-7
5. Pray for those who are in need of various needs
   Heb. 4:16
6. Give thanks to God for all he has done and give him praise for he is worthy of praise for all generations.
